Q1: Do your product prices include shipping costs?
Hey there! The prices you see on our website are just for the products themselves and don't include any shipping fees.
If you choose to pick up your order from our warehouse, the product price is all you'll pay. If you prefer delivery, don't worry! We'll automatically calculate the shipping cost based on your delivery address.

Q2: Where do you ship goods from?
Currently the packages will be shipped from Long Island warehouse located at 55 Kean St, West Babylon, New York 11704.  We are planning to build new warehouses in different states.

Q3: How do you charge for shipping, and how long will it take to receive my order? 

Great question! The shipping fees depend on your product's size, weight, quantity, delivery address, and selected shipping method. 

For FedEx/UPS orders, shipping fees are calculated according to the current carrier rates and displayed during checkout. OneStop Truck Delivery fees and minimum order requirements depend on the delivery ZIP prefix. Delivery time varies by shipping method, destination, and order details. 

Just keep in mind that the exact shipping cost will be calculated in real-time during checkout, based on your precise address.

Q4: How can I track my order?
You can track your parcel via the Order Confirmation Email.  Also, you can login your account from our website, click “orders” to find the tracking information.
 
Q5: Who do you partner with for shipping, and how do you deliver orders?
At OneStopSupplyCo, we've joined forces with UPS/FedEx, a trusted name in logistics. Our strategic partnership allows us to offer the best shipping fee discounts through UPS/FedEx Ground.
Simply choose your address during checkout, and you'll see real-time accurate shipping fees for your convenience.
 
Q6: Can I Preview Shipping Fees Before Placing My Order?
Absolutely! We want you to feel confident with your purchase decisions. When you add items and quantities to your cart, click "Calculate Shipping Fee" (don't worry, no charges yet!), provide your shipping address, and click "Continue To Shipping."
There you have it! The total amount, including precise shipping fees, will be displayed. We only charge when you're ready to place the order.
 
Q7: Do you offer door-to-door delivery service?

Yes! We offer two door-to-door delivery options:

FedEx/UPS: Available across the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using current carrier rates and depend on product size, weight, quantity, and delivery address.

OneStop Truck Delivery: Available in select ZIP code areas of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. Delivery fees are calculated per case, with a minimum order of $300, $500, or $1,000 depending on the first three digits of your delivery ZIP code.

Q8: Is there any free shipping promotion?
For sure! If you love free shipping and your store is in NY/NJ/PA/CT, you can choose "Warehouse PickUp" on the cart page, pick a convenient time, pay for your order, and then swing by our Long Island warehouse during the scheduled time to collect your goodies, with FREE shipping.
 
Q9: How soon will my order be shipped after I place it?
You're on it! As soon as we receive your order, we'll make sure everything's in order. 
If all your products are in stock and non-customized, we'll ship your order around 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. 
If you've got a mix of in-stock and pre-sale products (non-customized), we'll split your order. The in-stock items will be shipped around 1-2 business days and the pre-sale items will take around 2-4 weeks to be shipped after they arrive at our warehouse. 
And for any customized products, we'll have them delivered to you within 60 days after we confirm the design.
