Damages, Loss, or Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is severely damaged or not received, please contact us at info@onestopsupplyco.com with sufficient supporting evidence (such as photos, videos, or tracking information).

We will review your case and process your request within 5 business days.


Refund Options

If your claim is approved, the refund will be issued in one of the following forms:

  • Store credit of equal value, or
  • Coupon of equal value

The refund method will be determined based on the situation.
