Customization products normally take approximately 60 days to deliver after payment and will be delivered as agreed.

Warehouse Self-Pickup, OneStop Truck Delivery, and FedEx/UPS may be displayed together at checkout. Availability depends on the order, product type, quantity, and delivery address. Eligible orders can be paid online with a card or store credit.

Shipping Methods

• FedEx/UPS: Shipping fees are calculated according to current FedEx or UPS rates. 
• Truck Delivery: Local deliveries via our own delivery trucks are available in select NY, NJ, PA, and CT areas and are subject to minimum order requirements and per-case delivery fees.

• Warehouse self-pickup: is available for customers in NY, NJ, PA, and CT. 

• In Pallets: Placing a large order? Please contact us at help@onestopsupplyco.com to arrange pallet shipping. 

   

A. UPS/FedEx Shipping - Nationwide Shipping Online Orders

Shipping Area: All areas within the United States, except for the states of Hawaii and Alaska.

Orders shipped to non-commercial and/or residential addresses, or orders under $300, may be subject to additional shipping charges.

OneStop Truck Delivery and Warehouse Self-Pickup: Damage Coverage is not required for eligible products fulfilled through OneStop Truck Delivery or warehouse self-pickup. Any damage, return, refund, or exchange relating to these fulfillment methods will be handled in accordance with OneStop’s current delivery, return, and refund policies.

B. OneStop Truck Delivery

Truck delivery is available only in select areas of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.

C. Warehouse Self-Pickup

Warehouse self-pickup is available for customers in NY, NJ, PA, and CT.

Pickup is available at no additional shipping cost.

D. Pallet Freight - Sales-Assisted Orders

All pallet freight orders require assistance from our sales team and cannot be completed entirely through online checkout. Contact help@onestopsupplyco.com for a freight quote.

Pallet Specifications and Pricing Factors

• Dimensions: 48 inches × 40 inches × 84 inches.

• Maximum Weight: 1,800 lbs.

• Shipping cost is based on the delivery address, pallet weight, and pallet height.

Notice: To ship with a third-party forwarding agency, please make sure that the shipping address and additional shipping notes have followed the instructions of the selected agency. OneStop SupplyCo will not be responsible for any shipping issue after the delivery to the third-party warehouse.

Delivery Schedule

• Please place your order one business day prior to the scheduled delivery day in your area. Our office hours are from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday. We will not accommodate orders and requests for shipping on the same day. Orders placed beyond the operating hours will be moved to the next available delivery day.

• Please have payment ready at the time of delivery for all COD orders. Deliveries are not guaranteed without any form of payment.

• We will charge a $35 operation fee per returned/bounced check.

Order Confirmation

We will send you a bill confirming the item, quantity, amount, and date of your shipment through email. If there is no reply before the shipping day, it is regarded as a confirmation of your order and you will be responsible if there are errors pertaining to the details of the order.

Delivery Confirmation

After delivery to the store, you need to confirm if the items and quantity are correct. We will not be responsible for other errors once the signature is confirmed.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by the delivery of goods by the third-party company. However, we will pack the goods and take pictures for customers to confirm before shipping the goods.
